Description :

Experiences with participative change in the organisation of government, particularly classification and evaluation during the introduction of new working systems. Areas covered: personnel policy, working relationships, organisational change.

OBJECTIVES

The aim of the study is to develop an ideal form of benchmarking: presen-tation of ‘best-in-class’ examples of specific forms of participation in the case of organisational change within public administrations, in particular when implementing new working systems planned by the federal government (competence management, ‘flattening’ of organisation and teamwork, quality care, rewarding of performance).
