Research project C4/10/024 (Research action C4)
Peter Dawyndt of the faculty applied mathematics and informatics of the University of Gent supports the BCCM consortium for the implementation and follow-up of a common informatics platform of the LIMS type (Laboratory Information Management System).
This system will manage as well the catalogue data of the biological material of the BCCM collections as the data of the preservation and storage of the biological material, clients and services, follow up of the procedures related to quality control.
