Description :
On the basis of an examination of methods in use in matters of medical experimentation on human subjects, the research identifies the legal problems that this might raise and to examine the problems in the light of the principles established by existing regulatory texts.
As a conclusion of the study, produce guiding rules are produced that are applicable to practice in the area of medical experimentation.
