Description :

The objective is to carry on analysis of images and related measurements from the Berkeley/Liege FUV camera on board the IMAGE satellite. Emphasis will be put on the statistical properties of the electron and proton auroral ovals in the southern hemisphere, remote sensing diagnostics of the state of the magnetotail and isotropic boundary, and dynamics of the open flux related to magnetic reconnection processes.
