Description :

The project is concerned with the analysis of various forms of cooperation agreement between companies in the field of research and development.

The advantages and disadvantages of various forms of cooperation are explored, as is the impact of these on welfare, how a strategic government policy can be supported and the organisational structure of cooperation agreements of this kind.
