Research project SS/D5/08 (Research action SS)
A representative sample of (retired) workers aged between 55 and 65 is studied to determine the pattern of their lives, their present situation and their view of the future. The study focuses on their socio-economic, family and financial situation.
Concrete proposals are formulated on the basis of the study regarding the amendment of certain aspects of employment law, social security and family and inheritance law.
The research is carried out at two institutions by an interdisciplinary team of sociologists and jurists.
