Research context

A significant portion of visitors to the Museum of Natural Sciences come in a group and make use of the educational services. In addition to guided tours, the museum also offers workshops.

Aim

The idea is above all to explore whether visitors who have made use of the educational services are satisfied with this and to determine the reasons why they may choose not to use the services of the educational team (= the groups that visit the museum “spontaneously”).

Method of data collection

Self-administered questionnaire (postal survey + online survey).
