Research context

The Librarium is a permanent exhibit on the history of the book and writing organised by the Royal Library. This permanent exhibition opened in October 2010; admission is free. One year later, the KBR decided to draw up an initial status report and identify the audience visiting the exhibition and their degree of satisfaction.

Aim

The purpose of the study is

  1. To form a picture of the audience of the Librarium and
  2. To determine the profile of the visitors to the Librarium.

In addition, the visitors’ appreciation of the various aspects of the exhibition is investigated.

Method of data collection

Self-administered questionnaire.
