Call for proposals 2026 Science4Policy programme: policy-driven projects

Aankondiging

OPGELET: de oproep tot voorstellen bevindt zich momenteel nog in de goedkeuringsfase. Desondanks verwachten wij, conform de planning van het indieningsproces, de EOI's uiterlijk op 13 juli 2026 te ontvangen.
Ondertussen is de informatie over de inhoud van deze oproep wel beschikbaar (zie documenten: “Information file S4P”). Lees hieronder meer over het gebruik van het platform, en neem alvast een kijkje op ons platform deze link!

Hier vindt u de link en alle informatie over het platform.

You have to register on the platform using the email address of your institution and link yourself to your institution. Only after you have registered, you will be able to open and submit an Expression of Interest form. It is in your best interest to do this well before the deadline.

The promotor of the Coordinating institution is expected to submit the Expression of Interest & Full Proposal. Please use the email of your organisation to register.

Linking yourself to your organsation in the platform
If you cannot find your institution: please e-mail us at S4Policy@belspo.be with the Institution request form attached (see Information Documentation above).

! Gelieve rekening te houden met de volgende zaken bij het indienen van de Expression of Interest of de Full Proposal op het platform:

Dien de Expression of Interest, Full Proposal en budgettabel in via het BELSPO Platform. We accepteren geen applicaties via mail.

De pdf-templates voor de Expression of Interest en Full Proposal zullen binnenkort op deze pagina beschikbaar zijn. Deze templates volgen de structuur van het online formulier op het platform. Gelieve deze templates te gebruiken om uw onderzoeksvoorstel voor te bereiden.

Gelieve de tijd die u nodig heeft om de online formulieren in te vullen en uw voorstel in te dienen op het platform niet te onderschatten.

Specifieke inhoudelijke vragen
Als u specifieke inhoudelijke vragen heeft over de Research Priorities van deze oproep dan kan u mailen naar S4Policy@belspo.be t.e.m. 22.07.2026.

Wij voorzien zo spoedig mogelijk een antwoord op uw vraag. Vragen die kunnen leiden tot ongelijke informatie tussen de geïnteresseerde onderzoekers zullen wij niet beantwoorden. Alle verduidelijkingen worden zowel via mail, als publiekelijk op de website gedeeld. Het is niet toegestaan de betrokken federale departementen te contacteren voor vragen, alle vragen moeten via Belspo gesteld worden.
