COST OPEN CALL 2025

De COST Call 2025 is open en deadline voor indiening is 21 oktober 2025 om 12.00 uur (middag) CEST.

De relevante documentatie is beschikbaar op de COST-website: https://www.cost.eu/funding/open-call-a-simple-one-step-application-process/ .

Het is belangrijk om op te merken dat zowel de Technical Annex als de Proposers’ Guidelines zijn herzien.

COST BELGISCHE INFORMATIESESSIES 2025

Voor de Open COST Call 2025 met deadline voor indiening 21 oktober 2025 om 12u, organiseren de Belgische COST Nationale Contactpunten (CNCs) op 7 mei 2025 bij BOSA in Brussel twee informatiesessies:

een algemene infosessie voor onderzoekers en innovators gevestigd in België die meer willen weten over COST en zijn netwerkmogelijkheden
een gespecialiseerde infosessie voor Belgische onderzoekers die een voorstel als 'main proposer' of 'secondary proposer' willen indienen

Woensdag 7 mei 2025:

algemene sessie: voormiddag van 10:00-12:00 uur
gespecialiseerde sessie: namiddag van 13:00-15:00 uur

Registratie
Registratie is verplicht en open tot en met 30.04.2025 via deze link.
Het aantal plaatsen is beperkt en is op basis van ‘first come, first served’.

De wijzigingen in de Proposers’ Guidelines zijn de volgende:

Wijziging in de titel van de Guidelines: COST Open Call Proposers’ Guidelines – niveau C (voorheen COST Open Call Applicants’ Guidelines – SESA-niveau C)
Nieuwe geannoteerde versie van de Technical Annex
Nieuw scoresysteem voor de externe individuele evaluatie
Introductie van een sectie over Generative Artificial Intelligence
Introductie van het begrip Acceptability of COST Action’s proposals.

De nieuwe Technical Annex-sjabloon zal worden gebruikt voor OC2025-1, ook voor herindieningen.
