| Description nl | Het doel van dit project is om een beter periprocedureel beleid te implementeren bij patiënten die behandeld worden met een direct oraal anticoagulans en een tandextractie moeten ondergaan. In deze dubbelblinde, gerandamiseerde fase IV klinische studie zullen we nagaan of het toevoegen van tranexaminezuur mondspoeling bovenop de standaardbehandeling bij tandextracties het aantal bloedingscomplicaties vermindert.

| Description en | The aim of this project is to implement a better periprocedural policy in patients treated with direct oral anticoagulants and to undergo teeth extraction. In this double-blind, randomized, phase IV clinical trial, we will examine whether the addition of tranexamic acid mouthwash to standard treatment in tooth extraction reduces the number of bleeding complications.
