| Description nl | Het doel van dit onderzoeksproject is het ontwikkelen van een curriculum voor chirurgen in opleiding. Stapsgewijs gaan zij oefenen op verschillende trainingsmodellen totdat ze bekwaam geacht zijn om finaal bij de patiënt thoraxdrainages onder supervisie te plaatsen. Doel is om aan te tonen dat dit onderzoek de patiëntenveiligheid ten goed komt.

| Description en | The aim of this research project is the development of a chest drainage training curriculum for surgical trainees. This is a stepwise proficiency-based curriculum during which participants will train on several training models. After being proficient, competence of participants will be assessed in patients. The purpose is to demonstrate that this curriculum improves patient safety.
